        Was not paid for Locum work here in Jan 2018. Sarah Janaway and Jay are frauds. They lied and dodged my communication for a year. If this is how they treat employees I hate to think how they treat customers.

        DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PRACTICE. This is a polite warning to any Optometrists considering locuming for Sarah Janaway at S&J Optical. She has NOT paid me for work I carried out in 2017. She refuses to take my phone calls, cannot be found at either of her stores and is now completely ignoring my emails. No one deserves to be treated like this.

        wed stated that they work on sunday from 10 am so i came at 10 on the door sign we ooen from 11-3 today ok so i decided to wait..waited till 11.40!!!the still closed.,no one works So why do u say you work if you dont!! Very upsetting guys i could of gone somewhere else or just come on monday!

        Why would you come even close to this perhaps convinient (next to the Tesco superstore) optician? Only one person who is worth of 5 stars is an opthamologist himself. Nice guy, very knowledgable. But the rest is not worth of single penny. I tried to check on my prescription (numbers) over the phone and the person who picked up (female voice) was unwilling to help after learning that I'm not their customer anymore just because I moved out from London. Giving me a poor excuse that giving such details is against some NHS rules, remind you, that was after she asked for my DOB. Please, do yourself a favour, do not support business like this just because they are near to your favourite superstore. NEVER AGAIN! Martin
