Had a viewing with Gracie from Victor Michael and she could not of been more helpful, answered every question we could throw at her. Sadly the property wasn't for us, based on the viewing Victor Michael are lovely estate agents.

This review is dedicated to Gracie from the Leytonstone office, because she's the lady behind the successful lettings. Without her friendly personality and perseverance through hectic moving periods, the people involved wouldn't have got the results. Gracie helped make them possible. She understands the perspective of landlords and tenants; and has turned this insight into a rare ability to stay impartial during the process, which unlike many agents, meant she never came across as favouring one party. I trusted Gracie because I knew she tried to match tenants to the criteria I provided, abiding by council and letting legislations, without adding to the stress by imposing fees or selling additional services. This proved how objective she is with her work; she was focused on letting and following the right rules, not selling. This was important to me. I know my previous tenants and new tenants found Gracie equally reliable. She has supported everyone in process, including her team members who were falling behind on paperwork. I believe Victor Michael are blessed to have Gracie in their team. She is one of the hardest working people I've had the privilege of working with, after having worked with people from all major estate agents such as Foxtons, Winkworth, Bairstow Eves, Strettons. My feedback doesn't really do Gracie justice. She's far better than a few sentences. Thank you for everything you do for us. Nadia

Really difficult to work with, don't take issues with properties seriously and entirely un-empathetic.
