I did not get my deposit back yet since I moved out in January and their claims for that seems like a well practiced skim. I did not appreciate the "agent Ozzie behaviour most of the time and the Landlord kept himself at the background consenting to the unprofessional ways they both chose to sit on my money. The landlord and his agent Ozzie came to my flat for inspection with three other men without informing me about bringing so much people to my flat for inspection during Covid 19 period without wearing a mask. They were not expecting to meet me at home. I was suppose to be at work that very day. This is my story. THE AGENT now INESTATES LTD is not trustworthy in my experience with them. I am very much still waiting for my Deposit. I am very disappointed that this set of so called agency/ legal business people are part of the problem of the society today. They sit on people's money conveniently because they can.

Very happy with our experience with IN Estates. They are super professional, very responsive and definitely know what they are doing, you can totally rely on their expertise to guide you through the whole journey. I highly recommend them to anyone who is lucky enough to have them buying and selling in your area. Couldnt be happier.
