The man who does the parcels is genuinely the most rude unhelpful person I have met. We live in a lovely friendly neighbourhood and it makes me so sad when people behave so badly for no reason. Shame as it makes everyone miserable

Would give 0 if I could. Horrible old man, doesnt know how to talk to people. Dont shop here or return your parcels here.

I tried to return a Hermes/Evri parcel but the man refused, saying that it was too large a parcel and the driver wouldn't collect it. I managed to carry it to the shop in a shopper bag so it was hardly a big and heavy parcel. For context, it wasn't a bulky item, it was 40x35x30cm and weighed less than 2kg. He was quite rude about it and said it wasn't his problem and to try another shop. I went to Tesco express further along the highstreet and they took the parcel without any issues.

Such a horrible experience I just had. Horrendous shop, company, owner/staff. So rude. They even couldn't provide an information I needed. I would rather pay double for the same product from somewhere else than buying it from them. This kind of service shouldn't be allowed and should be legally monitored by the government, consumer association... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. By the way, had to give 1 star as Google didn't let me post this comment.
