        I normally don't feel comfortable at all when I go to the salon to have my hair done. I had some bad experiences before at different locations. But I have felt very comfortable in your salon. The staff has been very kind to me and my hairdresser fixed my damaged hair while being considerate of my preferences. Very kind, warm and professional. The prices are very good too. Do I recommend the salon? Absolutely. Would I return? For sure! Thank you :) Service: Hairstyling

        Got a balayage and hair cut for the first time here. Very happy with the results. Just what I wanted. Thanks so much Hannah! Will definitely be coming back to get my hair done here from now on.

        Decided to finally cut my hair that had been growing since the second lockdown. I've previously been anxious to try out a new place since moving back from Yorkshire and no longer having my usual barbers to fall back on but I'm glad I tried out Studio Eleven. Found the staff here to be endlessly friendly and helpful in figuring out what style would be best. Cheryl and her assistant really put my mind at ease and provided a great service and experience. There was a little confusion around how much I paid as part of my deposit and how much was left and I ended up paying a little extra. Cheryl was happy to sort out a refund for the difference so that was one less worry. Highly recommend Studio Eleven and will be using again.
