        Allum medical centre has been an excellent practice to myself and family ,staff are mostly friendly and caring,sometimes an exception to a individual, not the whole service,great office staff and fabulous doctors under tremendous stress we couldn't imagine. If you are lucky enough to register with this facility be grateful,if you have one bad experience don't condemn The whole practice of staff.

        Tried to book telephone appointment today. Used the call back appointment service. My phone did ring at specified hour, rang for 1 second, i could not even move my fingers in time enough to answer the call! The GP rang four times with the same kind of evasive expertise and managed to sent me a text that he tried to ring me! How pathetic! Are they training GPs these days with a game of catch me on the phone?!!!
