-Triage is purposeless. Why one must tell the receptionists (not medically qualified staff) why they're calling, is beyond me. That can be told straight to a doctor.
- One can never get an appointment
- Average wait time on the phone is roughly 45 mins
- Receptionist staff are rude. They speak over you. Snap at you, for no reason.
- Most doctors there are quite flippant and do NOT listen to your medical concerns. Weirdly enough, all the good doctors, the ones who are compassionate, caring, listen and try their hardest to help with treatment, leave within months of joining.
- Complaints and concerns are NOT addressed. If they were, lets be fair, this review wouldn't be going up today.
