I had to stop at the Costa inside Tesco at Leytostone to feed my daughter. I was served by a lady and she was nice but I was very impressed at how nice, warm and polite the young man was to all customers, specially to the elderly. Everyone knew him and he knew everyone. He obviously has a loyal clientele. It's rare to find such a nice customer care. Please, do not change!!

When you order the exact same drink as the customer before you, but the server offers them chocolate sprinkles on top but they don't bother to ask you, they just put that lid on and give you the drink. You tend to notice little things like that as every Costa I go to ask you this question before giving you a hot chocolate, therefore I can only conclude it was just this individual on this Sunday. It was the first and last time I go to that place, if the person doesn't like you for whatever reason just do your job. Two stars for customer service, I'm sure they are very nice and accommodating to everybody else, just not me I guess. No thanks I'll pass on this place.

Very nice and clean Costa coffee inside Tesco Leytonstone, The girls are very polite, you can fee the warm welcome when you there, they make the best and tasty coffee all times, always the same taste, I wish my local Costa in Walthamstow can provide the same service. Thank you to all Costa Coffee Tesco Leytonstone for your coffee and service. Definitely recommend
