Horrible services, have been lied once more by Barclays that I would receive a phone call from them as a matter of urgency on Tuesday 16/08. This time from Helen in Leytonstone branch. She reassured me multiple times that she would take her time to contact me however she never did very disappointed! The worst bank Ive ever dealt with

Terrible service . Ordered cash over the phone and was told it would be ready at 9.30 am next day . guess what , the bank opens at 10am the next day then get told cash will only be ready at 11am . No counter staff , rude staff at customer services .

Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff at Barclays Leytonstone Branch for the best customer service I've received in a long time. The process to set up my new Barclays bank account was smooth and easy, I brought the correct documents. The whole experience was positive from start to finish.

One staff member was very unfriendly, arrogant and pushy towards me. Her name was "Sail" if I got it correctly. All other members of the team are very nice, polite and helpful, but this lady in question really should work on her customer service skills and not raising her arrogant voice if someone doesn't want to use the machine on the wall. She said the desk is for 300+ pounds transaction only... But just like many other times before the helpful lady was handling my issue with no problems. Very rude woman.

Poor customer service on the counter you can't pay Bill's coz there machine doesn't work and rude behaviour by staff no apology just wana get rid of you shocked to see this behaviour in years not happy at all
