        Tennis courts are in great condition but the staff are consistently pushing the limits to deliver a really bad experience. They unfortunately got no clue about what other tennis centres are doing to provide a good experience (refunds due to rain, cancellation). They also became really hard to join and unresponsive to emails. The few conversations I had with them made me feel like I was talking to an actual tennis wall. Such a shame as there's lot of potential in this centre. Thanks, a previous regular tennis player at Lee Valley

        Pitch 1 is a great venue to watch - and play- hockey. Pitch 2 has less facilities but perfectly OK.
