        Great Biab mani. Julia really took the time to make each nail perfectly match the other. The Biab itself is super thin and looks really natural compared to other thicker manis Ive had. I was worried at first they would be more at risk of breaking but still holding strong one week in! She did 3 coats of colour and worked hard to make sure there were no bumps or bubbles in the shellac too. Would 100% recommend and will make this my local from now.

        Made an appointment with this nail shop after I got it recommended by one client. When called, the Staff was polite and I explained what I wanted and asked how much they charge to remove whatever I had on my nails. I was able to make an appointment for Tuesday but when I arrived for my appointment the lady asked what I had on my nails. I started to explain what it was and only to be told they do not remove (powder/acrylic on my own nails), the lady said its everywhere on their website and just had this oh well look on her face. I think its super unprofessional to not mention this to anyone who calls to make an appointment and especially when I mentioned I already had something on my nails and that I have never been to their nail shop before. My work involves in facial treatments and I really feel as they did not even care to mention all this beforehand(I did mention I do facials so I wanted something very simple). Not everyone will go on their website to check for this. Its a Nail shop, how can you not have machines to take off any type of nail product. Very disappointed and I wasted my time on waiting for an appointment that got cancelled by the end. Its unfair to waste other peoples time and as a business you need make sure to mention THIS type of things even though its on your website. I run a business too and I still mention things that needs to be told, just in case.
