I have been coming to this store for nearly 7 years. Of those years the majority of people who have worked there do not have a clue but today everything changed. Nina, a staff member knew exactly where my products were, her DIY knowledge was brilliant and her thoughtfulness and care for her customers was outstanding, she should be heading up the store. Thank you Nina for being so kind, even when my 5 year old son spilt the tester paint. You went above and beyond to help us today, thank you.

Went there to find 2 colour of paint, as the shop is massive and theres 10000 different paints and colours Ive asked a worker to help me find what Im looking for, First Gentleman acted like he cant be bothered, scanned something on a wall and told me that is out of stock, as Ive check on website another worker approached me that was really helpful and helped me find what I was looking for people like First Gentleman shouldnt be working in places like that if u not willing to help people bravo to the second man.
