He will really fight your corner when the solicitors are dragging their feet but also be a voice of reason if you need bringing back down to earth in relation to offers. Id been recommended Simon from a friend who dealt with him as a buyer as they felt he stood out from the crowd and wasnt your typical estate agent. Simon came to value my property in Leyton and suggested an asking price that I thought was realistic and fair. Simon wasted no time preparing brilliant marketing material and conducted all the viewings. I was a little surprised that despite the changing market, Simon received four offers and managed to negotiate a sale slightly in excess of the asking price. Would highly recommend Simon to others in East London seeking a more personal approach when selling their own home.
