I'm so so dissapointed. Impatient reception and when they book an appointment of which you have to wait two weeks no phone call arrives at the designated time slot.

the phone hangs up every time i try to call!! its actually insane how it takes 100 tries of phoning the practise for you to get through (IF you get through) its just so frustrating when you are trying to book an appointment and you cant even get through to the reception without it cutting off as soon as you are in the queue. absolutely ridiculous, stay away from this practice.
