We are so pleased we found Ionut and his team. There is no way anyone else would have done as good a job on our bathroom. Our house is old and had had poor work done in the past that caused problems but the guys were amazing at problem solving and always offered well thought out, sensible options. They always kept the prices low and delivered an amazing job. We could trust them completely and are so relieved to have found such quality builders.

Our local builder in Leyton. We have had some bad builders in the past and have been looking for a good one. He was a recommendation. A good one is worth his weight in gold. Ionut and his team were professional and friendly. We wanted a small room built at the bottom of the garden - a small room for gym equipment. Ionut quoted us and it was within the budget. The house was well protected where they were walking in and out through it - floors and walls. The work was paid in stages and all materials came with receipts. The work ethic was good. Standard and quality was also very good. Due to bad weather it did go overtime - this was expected and he did warn us. The build was difficult due to the space restrictions. It was built to our specifications and if any changes were to be made we were informed/consulted or advised on a better option. I declined the offer for a thorough clean - but that is me all over. Ionut also assisted us with some extra work - we found we had a drip from a radiator and the boiler stopped working properly. Even though he was very busy he popped in and found the problem and changed the valves on all the radiators (the house is very very old). In my eyes he done us a fantastic favour. We are planning to undertake some renovations and decking. We will be using the company again.
