Good place to work. I love the people I look after. I have worked at the home 20 years now the first 10 years on night which after I now on days I love when I see the clients we care for smile and even song and Dance it makes my day.

As a carer at the island residential home, I think it is a great place for care for people with all types of abilities/disabilities. The staff are always there to help the residents that live here and the care is always person centred and always support the residents needs on both floors. As a member of staff, I think the home is a happy place with very well cared for residents. Management always support the staff if needed and are always there for extra support with care.

I would like to say that the staff at the Island Residential Home have shown tremendous commitment and dedication to the residents during the pandemic and have supported each other through these times to ensure the residents receive a high standard of care and support throughout. Great work :)

Hopeless.. More or less threw my wife out after 5 days.. Her clothes bag has come back with lots of clothes that arent hers, no communication from the manager who didnt even have the decency to let me know what was going on, utter shambles.
