Took in a letter from st Thomas's hospital London. On the 31st January asking for the earliest possible appointment. It is now the 10th. February and the letter has not even been looked at or put on her records. You could die before seen. Also iasked for her to be seen as she is DEAF. So hey ho they give her a phone consultation

After so many calls got through and surprisingly fully booked and was told to call back in the afternoon so I went down at 3.15 when they open the doors first one in No one else in doctors made all the appointments the reception said and that I had to go to DMC wowwwww welldone receptionist for your help

Cant get to see Doctor . Nobody answers the phone. Referred to a web site . Cant find website :(

After calling 200 times to be told no appointments (as usual) available for my young daughter, was advised by reception to do a sample and doctor would check. Today after following advice, I am called a liar and when I realised and questioned the woman calling me a liar, is infact the same receptionist who advised me, I was told I was raising my voice! No doctor ever available at Eatchurch branch surgery, Warden Bay branch surgery closed due to repairs needed on building for about 2-3 years, Leysdown branch has a receptionist who likes to play GP, then go into denial when she has it all wrong. St George's Practice Sheerness is also a branch surgery where the practice manager likes to discuss confidential information without consent! It would be lovely to have a surgery in our area that wasn't a branch surgery of this disgusting service and have more of a choice of GP surgeries to register with in the local areas! Avoid!
