This company is a joke, I paid for the parking that the machine asked for at the time, received a penalty. Provided an appeal with proof of receipt and payment but because the timing was wrong on the machine and I was charged the wrong amount they required me to pay 100. Complete scam of a company

Should be removed from taxpayer funded properties as their only intention is to make a quick buck at the taxpayers expense. Get rid of these cowboys with no customer service or call centre for queries.

Biggest scammers in the world. Paid for parking via mobile app. Even paid for etra hours as it was an A& E visit just in case. Received a fine after 20 days. No customer service contact number, provided number is only asking for the payments. Website dont even load. Only way to appeal is to write to them.( are we in 18th century ). this was for princess alexandria hospital in Halow. Thes guys needs to be taken to court.

The most horrible parking company ever. Always receive tickets even though I have paid for parking. Feels like bullying. They need to shut down effective immediately. Dont even want to give one star.
