I incurred a fine from Parking Eye because I mistyped in the car park location when paying and paid for the wrong car park! I sent Parking Eye evidence of payment, that I wad a vulnerable person under acute mental health services, had significant financial debt already. They would not acknowledge or respond to any evidence I sent them other than respond with a brief statement "your charges still stand." Ironically, they even failed to reply to the form they sent and requested me to fill in showing I had no excess income to pay a fine! This company has zero compassion and zero customer service skills. I managed to clear the fine in other ways and will never park in such a car park owned by this chain again!

had to go back to the hospital as my partners grandmother passed away minutes after we left resulting it being 2 minutes over but as per usual these companies don't give a monkeys about people we are all just potential revenue to them
