        Not the most customer focused service I've ever experienced. Maybe I'm getting old or it's been a while since I've been in a Starbucks but they didn't even ask my name to put on the cup. No personal touch or interaction with any of the staff, just "what do you want" and "whose is this" was about the extent. Parking: Plenty space shared with a Euro Garage services

        Just popped in for an almond milk latte. Love this Starbucks. Great service, nice atmosphere, and usually busy but not overcrowded. Pity Starbucks don't do more for gluten-free/dairyfree food wise. Dietary restrictions: Great choice of alternative milk products. Nothing for gluten-free and dairyfree food. Sometimes gluten-free food items but not always.

        Female staff are really friendly here, everytime I have been served by a female they have been great but the males!! A few times I've been now through the drive thru and been served by a male, they're attitude comes across as 'don't care' and rude. I've had the odd one or two who was friendly. I never make a complaint anywhere but I just had enough here. I will make sure I get their names next time because it isn't all of them.
