        Excellent experience in every way. Gave us a very prompt appointment (within 1 hour of phoning) Our dog had excellent treatment and we were given valuable advice. Everyone had a professional yet friendly approach. Really pleased

        We used to rate this vet highly a few years back. We then had our own very poor experience involving one of our dogs. We have moved our pets to another vet now which has a good local reputation. Aside from our own negative experience, having out of hours vet care in Thirsk wasnt ideal for us as we had an elderly pet and this is a long way to take a unwell dog if he needed urgent care.
