Not very helpful, stated 2 week wait just to wash a duvet. Didnt feel welcome at all.

I used to use the laundrette almost every week when it was self service a couple of years ago as I do not have any way of putting a washing machine in my flat and working with horses I need to keep on top of my clothes , but it seems now they have taken the self service away everytime I phone up to try and get a load of washing done Im turned away due to hotel linen and today the excuse was the army stuff then I asked when the next time I can bring my stuff in and they said 2 weeks ...? How on earth am I supposed to wait an other 2 weeks when Iv already been waiting a month to bring them in as Im usually busy on a Monday and they wont let you bring them in any other days of the week ! Im really struggling after loosing the self service as I I used to come on a evening when it was quiet ! Iv had to rely on friends allot over the last year as everytime I ring up they dont seem to be able todo it ! The woman are rude on the phone and one had the nerve to hang up on me ... I would say I wouldnt use them again but being the only laundrette in the village I dont really have a choice ... I now have to wear dirty clothes for another 2 weeks . They dont seem to want to help locals at all but whenever I ask to speak to the manager nobody puts me through ...

We use the dales linen hire for our hotel, the service is amazing , the bedding immaculate, nothing is to much trouble. The owner ian is very helpful

We started using Dales Linen Hire at the beginning of last season to do the laundry for our B&B in the Dales. We hire our bedding through them as well as them laundering it for us. The bed linen & towels are of a very good quality & they always come back to us promptly & cleaned and pressed to a very high standard, we really cannot fault them in any way & would not hesitate in recommending them.
