arrived at Kims today at 1:30pm, a few people on tables but only one place for us to sit due to no staff cleaning up plates from the others. ordered 2 paninis which were soggy and full of oil, and one jacket potato which was fine but chicken was spongy. there was a weird smell of old dirty plates which also put us off our already unappealing food. the chef was full of a cold and coughing throughout the time we were there, which would be fine if he was at least wearing a mask. wont be back again. asked for cheese one my jacket potato but they refused as it wasnt part of the coronation chicken choice. shouldve not paid the 30 it cost for those three lousy meals and some tap water

At 11.45 on a rather quiet wet Wednesday in Leyburn we called in for a coffee. There must have been about 20 tables, of which only one was occupied. Pointedly told that they couldn't serve us coffee because they needed the tables for lunch. No more needs to be said.

Sadly 0 stars even though you have to give one. Arrived at 2 p.m. today, told they were still serving lunches only. Definitely didn't want our custom, so left promptly. Rude! Such a shame as our many visits to Leyburn have always been positive.
