        Took two young kids under 10 and they both loved the softplay running around constantly before food. We came for dinner on bank holiday Monday.. expecting it to be busy, it was actually fairly quiet. Unfortunately as the time went on the restaurant got busier and there was only one person able to serve at the bar whether you wanted food or drink. I must praise the staff because I could see them running around constantly trying to ensure customers got everything they needed, however overhearing some customers nearby they mentioned waiting over 30 minutes for dessert and some orders being wrong. Despite this, the staff remained calm, Apologised and immediately rectified the issues. It was a bad situation and the staff could have been rude or dismissive, I really feel sorry for them because they were amazing but just didn't have enough staff to manage the situation. Thank you to the staff that were working today
