American Golf - Colchester

Will not be using American Golf in the future. It has nothing to do with the staff of the store at the Colchester branch they have always been very friendly and helpful. Long story short the company refused to honour a voucher for a poultry 26 that had expired over the covid period. They didnt seem to understand that people might have other things going on and not realise a voucher had expired! I had been a customer since starting to play golf and had purchased all 3 sets of irons 3 drivers 2 putters and countless sundries to that point which apparently meant nothing to them. I shall be using Online or Nevada Bob's going forward.

We were served quickly and efficiently by a friendly, knowledgeable member of staff. He picked out suitable size of waterproof jacket and trousers for my husband, which were a good fit. Purchased them and left store within 10 minutes. Excellent service.
