I had a 1 week course set to start here today but I have not got any response via email tex or called and don't bother inducting here it's a scam

Things did not get off to a good start. When I turned up for my interview they were not even aware that I was coming even though I had multiple texts from one of the staff to prove it. This seems like a good time to point out that the poor, unprofessional way the place is run is probably due to everyone there being about 16 and working for their business teacher -- while I was there someone, who I presume was a manager of sorts, was referred to as "sir" on multiple occasions and the room I was in looked like a classroom. I have GCSEs and A-levels, at the moment I'm looking for a very interim job for a few months to pass the time until I start a degree (hence using this service), so when they asked me to fill in a very, very basic booklet about maths and English I was rather taken aback. What I was offered was a guaranteed interview at a Travelodge. This never occured. I was told I would receive a phonecall later that day: I have had no contact from Twin via email, phone, or text. When I phoned up the next day they were rude on the phone, insisting I contact whoever I was messaging via jobtoday. (Quick mini review of jobtoday: it's not very good and everyone expects you to drop any other opportunities in favour of their potential which never happens, much like this event.) After ringing the number, whoever answered the phone sounded intoxicated and did not care who I was. I cannot recall anything he said that made sense. This was a waste of my time. Sorry for that wall of text. TL;DR don't use this service, at least in Lewisham.
