        Well escorted someone for an appointment. Had PCR covid tested done jumped through all the hoops they wanted. Came into the appointment no problem. Went out for a quick drink nurses all reassured me that I would get back onto the ward no problem spent 4 hours in reception as was refused entry. Couldn't even get any information reception well complete jokers. I understand covid rules and all that. But this is worse that trying to break into a prison nine un impossible.

        Had operation on 21/03/22 had staples put in but still have them in as no one wants to know, surgical team not been intouch with me ??

        Both doctors and nurses were amazing. Were kind and caring throughout the experience. Checked my pain relief was enough often from the time I came around until leaving. Couldnt wish for a better experience.
