We use this store every day most of staff are very nice but my daughter went in and used the self service till she paid for what she bought but because the machine was running slow it didnt show at first instead of the young girl who works there waiting she accused my daughter of not paying which she was so embarrassed about because she said it in front of other customers this isnt good enough, well just an update I had an email asking for details I replied with all the details and havent heard another thing since its a bloody joke my daughter isnt happy about this so I went in store and made a complaint and all I got was oh sorry about that that dosent change the fact that my daughter was humiliated in front of everyone

Hire proper IT and compliance specialists who can rewrite a return policy, which is working with Costco, Tesco and other shops. I dont need to carry on my card to return anything what was bought from the shop. Apple Pay same as android pay create a unique number for the card which is used for the payment, so return can be done only to the same card, no matter if I have card with me Or not. Im rarely going ro Asda, probably the was my last visit, and everything is just for 2.7 pounds, horrible. You need to pass some Digitalization events :(
