the worst pharmacy. I don't recommend it. with the email from GP that my prescription is at shell pharmacy and with the barcode, they told me that they cannot give me the prescription. I went once, they said they didn't have it. I came back with the barcode, as they don't have it. gp confirming that, with the barcode, I can pick up from any pharmacy. and they lied to me that they are not Shell, there is another pharmacy in Lewisham, some liars, don't send the prescriptions to them.

I really wish I could remember her name, but I had one of the most helpful and informative experiences with one of the pharmacists at this location. This was also completely unprompted as I think she could tell I was a bit confused and just generally feeling unwell. She made sure I knew exactly how to use each of my new medications and even caught a mistake that the doctor at Lewishams urgent care had made, called the doctor right away, and got it corrected. This experience was made all the better because I felt like she actually cared and genuinely wanted to help, which was far from the very unpleasant interaction I had with the doctor at urgent care who basically seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. If you live in or around the Ladywell area or just need a quick prescription pick up after a visit to the hospital, I highly recommend choosing Sheel. Quick, informative and overall just very pleasant people.
