        I have trained with Stefan for seven years now. One-on-one PT in the gym, safely through my pregnancy and post partum, learned to box, learned to lift heavy and always had a laugh and great results. Throughout lockdown weve gone virtual doing PT and group training sessions multiple times per week and Im delighted we were able to continue. Weve adapted to using bits of furniture instead of proper equipment, loads of body weight work, always laughing. Now a hybrid of the two and long may it continue! Highly recommend Stefan no matter what stage of fitness youre at, how scary you think it will be to start, or what special interests you may have - very knowledgeable and experienced PT.
