We chose Mark Beaumont to help us sell our house in Ermine Road as we wanted a small, specialist local estate agent rather than one of the large chains. It was a very good choice. The brochure he produced was professional and appealing, he generated some 14 or 15 viewings very quickly and we received a number of good offers from those. Throughout the selling process (which did get bogged down at times through solicitors' wranglings) they were engaged, supportive and positive. Would be very happy to recommend to any other prospective house seller.

Exemplary service in house sale I have used Mark Beaumont for many years, in the rental market and, more recently, selling a property. Without the involvement of Mark and Maria, I cant be 100% certain we would have got over the finishing line. I am enormously grateful for their knowledge and expertise and, crucially, the proactive approach they took. They liaised between all parties (including incommunicative solicitors), often being the only way I knew what was going on. We seemed to be wading through treacle a lot of the time, but I always knew they were doing their utmost. So, thank you both very much. I'm not sure it would have happened without you!

I have been with Mark Beaumont for a really long time. Since 2009 buying, renting out and now finally selling my last property. They have maintained a great working relationship through it all. It was really appreciated how well & fast my tenants needs were addressed; in light of the fact that I am and is an absentee landlord. Thank you Mark and team for all your help.
