        They have really gone downhill the establishment is extremely dirty and looks very unhygienic and the staff dont know what theyre doing. I booked a appointment and they didnt know what it was for nor did they have the lenses I need which makes zero sense as my appointment was pre booked for weeks so they have ample time to prepare. I wasted my time and the opticians attitude stinks she wasnt helpful or apologetic at all.

        Took my elderly mum there as she was very worried she had blood behind her eyes. The optician wouldn't even look at her, told us to go somewhere else, which at 3.45 on a Sunday was impossible. She had a terrible evening, sent from Lewisham a&e to King's, hours and hours of waiting and stress. Shame on you Boots, zero compass.
