Great at losing your deposit. Moved out 3rd of the month. Landlord gave them authority to release full deposit back to me on 12th. 29th I find out they sent it on 28th to my landlord instead of me. Absolutely useless. I've asked for their complaints procedure but doubt I'll receive this. Unfortunate because they were good when I let the flat from them originally; just terrible at the end of tenancy admin and now they've lost my deposit.

Our letting experience through Charles Knight was very swift and smooth. As we were renting a flat for the first time ever, we had reservations about how all the process will go through. We had a viewing and the same evening we made an offer. After it was accepted by the landlady, all the formalities as in references and credit checks were done very smoothly and in timely manner.
