Very positive information given on initial phone call. My main reason for using this service was to have little contribution from myself. Didn't have the time or need the stress. The agent (I won't shame or name), said they would sort everything out, I didn't need to worry or get involved. Well let me tell you, that ain't true. I had to supply many documents, make several calls. Constantly chase them up, only to find out they didn't have the answers. I was told to contact the courts myself. This was near impossible! Save your money. All these folks do is fill in the initial form to the courts. It's something that can be done yourself. Would not recommend. Only use if you would pay someone hundreds of to spread butter on your toast.

The advisors response very quickly. They are very professional and helpful. Especially Shereen, she is very kind and knowledged. Her advice is professional and straight forward. It is great to have them by myside when it comes to property issues. I would definitely recommend them for my friends!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY HOW can 2 of the employees that work there give it 5 stars. SO MANY PROBLEMS . FORMERLY KNOWN AS LEBURN. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I have a issue with a tenant I made appointment to see shereen and told her my situation shereen was very helpful and very professional shereen explained everything to me and the posses involved in a way that I could fully understand I took my own paper work to shereen witch she went over and made all the corrections that was need I would highly reckon shereen if you need any help or issue with your tentents We are very gratefully for all your help Chris Taylor
