Jackie is very professional, kind & caring and has just been the best at such a sad and difficult time. I would like to thank Nicole also for her comfort & kind words. After losing my lovely Dad recently, I went with Steven Mears Funeral Directors. Jackie was the first port of call for us.. and I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart, for her kindness and understanding, absolutely nothing was too much to ask of her at anytime of the day she was right there for us at this sad and hard time Also the minister Nicole, she was just amazing, between these two lovely ladies I felt really looked after and cared for. My two angels. The whole sad experience become a lot easier. Steven Mears Funeral Directors add such little personal touches. Id go to them again if I ever I have to.

During this difficult Jackie Stacey at the Lewisham branch was very supportive to my family. She was professional, experienced and explained everything in detail. Jackie made the process so much easier for us to deal with. She was warm compassionate kind and caring. I would highly recommend Steven Mears. Thank you Jackie. When I contacted Steven Mears in December I had never organised a funeral. I was terrified, but I soon found out I didnt need to be. Jackie (at the Lewisham branch) was incredible from start to finish. She made me feel so supported and helped me to make decisions. She made something that should have been awful and stressful much easier. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me to organise a beautiful service for my Auntie.

This is not something I would think of doing for a Funeral Service, but I just felt I needed to post this review as Steven Mears Funeral Directors took all the pain away of having to arrange a funeral for my Cousin. In these times especially as it seems so impersonal having to do it via phone or internet. They were there to help all the time and nothing was too much trouble even if you were asking questions quite a few times. You have to get it right as this is something precious you are doing. They will advise and help wherever they can, also if there is something you want they will get it for you. So easy to talk to with lots of empathy. Very Professional, and totally would recommend them for your loved ones.
