Do not use this company. Terrible communication and no understanding of how to run a call out business. He only picks up and drops off at inconvenient hours - very late at night (11pm) or in the morning. He does not properly communicate so you never know when he is coming/if he is going to be late/if he is coming at all unless YOU chase him for an update. He makes promises about how long it will take in order to sell you the service, but consistently fails to keep them. I made it very clear on both Friday and Saturday that it was extremely important I had my laptop back by Monday morning, to which I was told its doable. Then at 11pm on Saturday night, when he was due to pick up the laptop (note that he was initially supposed to pick it up Friday but he delayed until Saturday) he calls and tells me that hes too far away so he wont pick up the laptop that night but also that hes busy Sunday so will have to do the job on Monday AND that the job might take more than a day. I then had to panic call round on a Sunday to find an alternative service provider which was open and could do the job. If you cant do the job or if you know it might take a while, tell me this. Under common law you have entered into a contract to pick up and return the laptop by Monday, so you are in breach of this contract. He could have at least given me notice on Saturday to find an alternative service, but instead he left me totally stranded and stressed. He is also very funny about payment - he wants cash and refuses to accept even PayPal. On Saturday night, when telling me he wont be coming, he also said I will only come tomorrow (Sunday) if you pay cash. This was not mentioned on Friday or Saturday when we had agreed to the service, and I dont appreciate the last minute ultimatum when most other alternatives are closed on a Sunday.
