        Discusting service, rude, arrogant and empty minded staff refused to give me my free coffee (earnt with the beans) because they were not able to use till. I expressed that thats not my problem, Ive earnt a free one, if the till has broken Im still entitled to get one. Most people would just let that go and give the coffee. Lady -named daisy- began screaming in my face asking if I wanted to see how to use the till myself. They then gave the man behind me a free drink and refused to give me the free one I was entitled to. Literally horrendous service. I have made an escalated complaint over this behaviour.

        Worst costa, asked for warm wrap not too hot, 1st bite burnt my mount! Learn to listen! I mean you paying 4.40 for wrap and even cannot be delivered as asked it is really frustrating. You have 3 staff on this small costa whoch is not buay at all, while other costas has 2 staff and 10times larger shops, when staff work their as.s for, these lazy sitting there.. I will choose Pret or any local coffee shop instead NO TO COSTA!!!! THEY DO NOT GIVE A FLYING FOR THEIR OWN STAFF SO WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!
