When I was looking for a cleaner for my nephew, DIRT2TIDY staff answered all of my questions. I was kept informed and up to date. Cleaner recently started and I am very pleased with her work! I highly recommend this company because they are reasonably priced and take the stress out of looking for a dependable cleaner. 5 stars are well deserved.

First off they failed to keep to time on the first attempt and had me waiting over two hours past the scheduled time. Forced to rearrange for the following day and they were late again by 30 minutes. The cleaning was absolutely awful with scarcely any evidence of it. The kitchen sink and floor seemed untouched. In the lounge, no attempt to clean and dust under the sofa or coffee table. The same story in the bathroom. The basin, toilet, shower and bath showed little evidence of an attempt to clean anything. Not even a spray down with anti mould or any scale remover; felt like we got ripped off. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

I am very pleased with the excellent and thorough flat cleaning provided by DIRT2TIDY cleaners in such a short period of time. Strongly recommended. Incredible attention to detail, punctuality, and concern. We did a deep clean before a party, and it really helped to make the experience less stressful. The cleaning service is excellent, but the outstanding communication makes all the difference. Excellent work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked the end of tenancy clean with Dirt2Tidy. We had a limited time window as needed to hand the keys over at 3pm. They said it would take 4 hours. The first issue was they arrived late. They then proceeded to tell me cleaning the cupboards was not part of the booking, despite it being listed on their website. Another half hour was wasted whilst the cleaner debated this with head office, so they only then had 3 of the 4 hours Id paid for to do the job. The quality of the clean was awful. Rooms they said were done looked worse than before theyd started with wet tissue strewn across the floor. They brought only a hand held vacuum to a large job. They did not wipe the skirting boards. This resulted in my mother in law having to go round cleaning after them. The cleaners they sent were a team of 3, and 2 in particular were very unfriendly. DO NOT BOOK. Complete waste of money and not the stress you need when moving home! Service: Deep clean
