I went to the store at 17:00 she was in rush because they close the store at 18:00 . She asked if I had eye lash extensions before and I said yes . She had no idea which volume she have to use , then she went to the other store to borrow the eye patch. While she was doing it she told me to open my eyes and have a look ( I told her it doesnt feel right its sticky and she was doing it over my eyelid) !!!! She told me if I remove it she will be late . After one hour I felt my eyes was burning and irritated I went to an emergency took a taxi spend money also I had to buy medicine. they r so unprofessional all there staff is not hygiene properly.

Went into the store by boots to ask about removing a nail caused by infection from their tools, when talking to the lady she was very rude, I asked how long to expect the wait is as I could continue shopping and return for her to abruptly reply dunno look its busy. Safe to say I will not be returning due to her attitude and infection caused by their tools

I went here for lash lift, told them exactly what I wanted and left in their capable hands. Wasted 2 hrs between the 2 branches to have done. Ended up at the one near centre entrance near perfume shop. Worse experience I've ever had. They looked no different after a very uncomfortable seat for longer than needed. The next day they look dreadful. I now need to find elsewhere to get their work corrected. I walked out and refuse to pay. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID unless getting eye brow threading, even then its pot luck to get the best ladies Service: Lash lift
