        The slowest and most painful experience of my life to try and get a statement printed from my Help to Buy ISA. When I told the cashier that I didnt have a physical bank card to put in to one of their machines, he very sarcastically asked do you know how to use a machine? Most of the bank cashiers will turn you away and say you can do these facilities over the phone, when how am I supposed to get something printed over the phone? Just a shambles and from one of the biggest banks too.

        Dreadful, they dont even deserve one star. Absolutely ridiculous bank. Customer service is terrible and awful. They are sluggish and rude. There are no benefit banking with them no matter how long youve been with them. My only one regret is ever ever banking with them.

        I had the worse experience ever, I just wanted annual statements that weren't showing in the phone and I was treated with disrespect and suspicion. The guy wouldn't even let me talk!!!
