        This has got to be the worst bank and the worst branch of a bank that I have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with. Being directed there from customer service, which is a lengthy experience of its own, the staff here repeatedly 'unblocked' my card and it was then repeatedly refused by all ATMs, then couldn't transfer my money to a friend's account, and left me with the only recourse of just closing the account permanently... Even that took time. So much better with HSBC.

        Been with the bank for over 40 years. I have no local branch any more and the online website does not work properly. On two occasions now I have tried to delete a direct debit without luck. It just locks the system. Then it's on to the telephone banking service, which is laughable. The waiting time is always so long that I give up. Appalling bank now.
