        Nice staff. A bank teller at this branch was friendly and resolved my issues.

        Such an awful experience, came in to open an account, I was given an appointment. I waited for weeks for the appointment only for me to get to the bank and it was close, appointment was 16:30. Came in the rain with my 3 kids. No one was there, came back next day to complain about it, met a lady she said bank closes 3pm but someone should have been here for the appointment and I did call the number on the card. The stuff feel less concerned, no Apology at all. I would give 0 star if I could

        Worst staff members, unwilling to help they don't even why they are there. Especially when it's out of ours appointment.
