Soulfit's fitness classes are so welcoming and fun! I've always stayed away from anything strength or gym based in the past, because I'm quite insecure being in those sorts of environments. Upon Fiona's encouragement and kindness I took up a 'Strength' class and I absolutely loved it! They make the classes easily accessible and fun. The teacher Kieron was very warm and the music which was played made it enjoyable to do. Everybody in the class around me was normal and off the street just like I was and my insecurities very quickly faded. Thank you Gyles and Fiona for creating such a beautiful community space with open doors for everyone.

You never get bored at Soulfit . Early morning class with Jermaine gets your blood pumping or the classes with Kieran are a little more relaxing but they get you ready for the day . In need of flexibility or relaxation try a yoga class in the morning , evening or the weekend and you will be pleasantly surprised. The place to be in Lewes for all your fitness needs even a nice gourmet coffee.

I live in the US but had a four month assigment in Brighton and my husband and I ended up renting a house in Lewes. I am a big fitness and yoga practitioner and I was worried about not finding the same level of exercise I was used to. I found Soulfit online and it has been the past part of being in Lewes. Soulfit offered everything I was looking for, great workouts and yoga. Jermaine's classes are amazing as he really pushes you to be your best. Fiona and everyone has been so welcoming. The space is lovely, I can't say enough about my short experience. Whether you are visiting or live in Lewes, Soulfit can really be a game changer for you
