I recently ran an ultra and Georgie managed to fit in both a pre-run & after-run massage which after not having a massage for ages, helped significantly with my performance on the day (I did finish!) The pre-run massage for me was less essential, but well worth mentally ticking off the boxes that I had done everything possible. The after run massage - absolutely critical. Within two weeks I'd clocked up a few recovery miles and a 1/2 marathon (2nd best road time!). Will be back soon as I have a 100K to do in a few months!

I booked to see Georgie following the great Google reviews, they weren't wrong! I'm training for my first (and last!) Marathon at 53, and started suffering from knee pain and wanted to understand what the injury was and how to manage it. Georgie was so friendly, thorough, extremely professional and so knowledgeable. It was my first sports therapy massage and it was intense but very much needed, all my muscles were so tight from training, I also had some dry needling (another first) for my particularly sore glutes. She was so helpful on advice on continued training, stretching, fueling and gave me the confidence i needed re my knee issues. I returned 3 weeks later for another great session and some more dry needling, this time in my knee. I have no hesitation in recommending Georgie!
