        10/10 The massage treatment felt cohesive moving from one part of the body to the next, using oils that were grounding. It had a flow and pressure to dissipate any tension.

        My first deep tissue massage and it was amazing. All aches and pains gone. Brilliant environment and lovely people. Heartily recommend it. Oh, and the float. A perfect hour spent in mindful relaxation.

        The Unity Center is an oasis of calm in a mad world! Lovely friendly staff and Beautiful environment with Amazing Classes & Ethos. Sauna is such a relaxing treat.! Highly recommend.

        the centre and staff are lovely, but the sauna is on a timer only 25 mins from the moment they leave the room so by the time you get changed and get in sauna the session left is short and feels rushed unfortunately. mint tea offered after.
