Runners injury instant improvement! I suffered a bad ankle sprain whilst out running. I was in agony for days, but then I saw Sarah for Bowen Therapy. Sarah's healing was magical! I came to see Bowen Technique therapist Sarah Yearsley first in mid 2016 at the suggestion of a friend to see what could be done to help me with Oesteoarthritis in a hip and a lifetime of wear and tear on the rest of me. I have been impressed not only by the results following my treatment which have been astounding, giving me better movement and flexibility than I have enjoyed for years and thus far negating the need for a hip replacement but also the caring and yet professional approach that Sarah seems to be able to offer so naturally for all her patients. :)
