I booked Gyles for back to back 12 week sessions to help with my health. By the time I had finished I was no longer diabetic and my cholesterol was in the normal range. My cholesterol was the highest my doctor had ever seen:) . The sessions were fun hard work and varied which kept the interest up. I continued after the lessons all be it at a slightly less pace. Gyles helped in many ways and is a great Trainer. The best benefit, the fitness levels took 10 strokes of my golf handicap. The overall package is great value and if you value your health its priceless, Thank You Gyles All the best Ashley

I highly recommend Gyles because after 20 sessions (two mornings per week) I can see and feel a real difference in my physical strength. Gyles made each session different and very fun which meant I felt constantly challenged and came away from every session feeling awake, confident and that I had really made a difference to my day. He is motivating, kind and listens and I felt he was always respectful. He was able to focus the workouts on areas of my body I needed to improve, making it true personal training which is much better than a group class. My fitness has helped me improve in other sports such as climbing. Looking forward to more sessions with Gyles!

I contacted Gyles when very low after a family bereavement, needing a brand new approach to all round wellbeing. I intended to do just ten sessions ... and six months later, my PT is firmly established as an essential two/three hours of every week. Whether Im a ball of energy or need scraping off the floor, Gyles never fails to motivate me, is never judgemental and has completely transformed my fitness. The humour and kindness he always brings has greatly strengthened my emotional health too. Every session is different and is flexible to how I am on the day. Gyles has also been hugely informative on diet, and happily lets mad teenagers join in if theyre home. I can not recommend him highly enough - I always enjoy my sessions, have seen great results and never imagined Id still be making this commitment to my health. If he could change water into wine , he really would be the full miracle worker ;) !!

I worked intensively with Gyles whilst I was working at Glyndebourne and it was the best thing I decided to do for my health and fitness. Gyles is an extremely inspiring, motivating and hard working trainer who challenges and pushes you to achieve results you didn't think possible. I always looked forward to my sessions and was so impressed that Gyles was so accommodating with my ever changing schedule- we worked both in my house and outside in the local park. If you're looking for a kind and supportive trainer who achieves amazing results, then Gyles is the one for you. I can't recommend him highly enough.
