        Lovely friendly gym - I've visited a few gyms before but never joined one (and never felt inclined to) until now. Really helpful staff, great equipment and lots of space, and everyone I meet there is really friendly too. Went to my first class the other day (circuits) and will go back to that and try some of the others too.

        I love having PT with Jenny at Body Happy because no matter how rubbish I am feeling beforehand my endorphins kick in and I leave feeling warm and happy. I find everyone is really supportive and the gym has a welcoming atmosphere.

        Greeted with a very warm welcome as usual by Nadine the put through the paces on the Spinning session by Cathy ! An excellent set up with good people involved. A great place to come with the very well equipped Up to date Gym and not too pricey! A pleasure
