        I used to have a very physical job and I couldn't have survived without my osteopathy sessions with Ruth. She is really experienced and attentive. She was able to realign my back, shoulders and hips, I could really tell the difference when driving as the safety belt would normally be uncomfortable, but not any more after having had treatment. Highly recommended.

        Intrinsic Health is an amazing clinic offering Biodynamic Cranial Osteoapthy with Ruth Wharton which I have quite regularly and also Nutritional therapy with Sally Galloway amongst many other practitioners offering so many things; Massage, Life coaching, Counceling etc...The clinic is beautifully laid out and the location is perfect with parking near by all around. A little Lewes gem!
