The staff are courteous and very approachable with a service that has exceeding my expectation of a optometrists. Frames come in various designs that as a customer will surely have the pleasure of finding your desired frames. Furthermore, their website design is a testament and mimics to their style of service they provide. Storefront is well maintained and open with plenty of natural light to display their quality.

Excellent service and care once again! Due to my sons eye problems (and me needing glasses) we have been with Taylor West for the last couple of years. I have always felt very well looked after and the eye tests are state of the art. I can wholeheartedly recommend this friendly and knowledgeable team in Lewes and Hove.

I had a very helpful and friendly experience addressing the arduous task of choosing new frames for my new prescription, being given thorough options and lots of time to explore my indecision! Yet finally I now have some glasses I love, with excellent follow-up care:)
